1. Is this course safe for senior citizens with health problems like BP, diabetes, or heart issues?

Yes. The practices taught in this course are gentle, non-strenuous, and senior-friendly. Most sessions can be done while sitting on a chair or even on a bed. However, we always recommend that participants continue following their doctor’s medical advice for any existing condition.

2. Do seniors need any previous experience in meditation?

No, not at all. This course is specially designed for absolute beginners, especially senior citizens. Every technique is explained in a very simple and slow manner so that anyone can follow comfortably.

3. What if a senior cannot sit on the floor for meditation?

That is completely okay. All practices can be done on a chair, sofa, or bed. No difficult yoga postures or physical flexibility is required at any point in the course.

4. Can children or family members also join the course with the senior?

Yes, and it is highly recommended. When a child or family member practices along with the senior, emotional understanding increases, arguments reduce, and healing happens faster at home.

5. What happens if we miss a live session?

Don’t worry. You will either get recorded access or guidance on how to catch up, depending on your plan. Seniors are encouraged to go at their own comfortable pace, without pressure.

6. Is this a medical treatment or a replacement for medicines?

No. This is a meditation and emotional well-being program, not a medical treatment. It supports mental peace, emotional balance, and inner strength, but it does not replace doctor-prescribed medicines or treatments.
